TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Film and Animation:
50% Deposit is required before any production will begin. The Remaining 50% is payable on completion of the production. Only once the last 50% has been paid will the \"hand-over\" take place. Any quotation for a voice over artist (if any) is an average price and is subject to change depending on the voice-over artist you select. All film quotations are valid for 30 days. Unless otherwise indicated all film quotes are submitted in their entirety and if not accepted as such then separate quotes will have to be negotiated. Travel outside East London, South Africa will be charged for accordingly. All quotations are estimated from your brief, if more time is required for shooting, editing or graphics, it will be charged for accordingly.

Web Design and Development:

All website and development quotations are valid for 30 days. Anything falling outside the scope of your brief will be charged for accordingly.

Graphic Design and Multimedia:
50% Deposit is required before any production will begin. The Remaining 50% is payable on completion of the production. Only once the last 50% has been paid will the \"hand-over\" take place. Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuation and a firm quotation must be agreed with Lifeworks Studio South Africa before finalising an order. Anything falling outside the scope of your brief will be charged for accordingly.

Products:
All products are copyright of Lifeworks Studio and may not be resold without permission in writing from Lifeworks Studio, South Africa. If you would like to obtain re-seller rights you must contact us directly to apply.

Payments:
South African payments are to be made directly into Lieworks Studio bank account.
International clients may pay Lifeworks Studio via PayPal, Credit Card or wire transfer.
These details will be furnished to the client when and if neccessary.

Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances will Lifeworks Studio, South Africa be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including and without limitation, for lost income or profits, in any way arising out of or related to services provided, even if Lifeworks Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
